Coach profile data is submitted on the basis of user consent. By agreeing to the platform terms during signup, coaches acknowledge that their submitted information may be stored and processed for platform operation and academic evaluation.

The platform aims to collect only the information necessary to operate the prototype and demonstrate its features. Users and coaches should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive personal information.

Data may be retained for the duration of the project and associated academic assessment period. Data may be deleted or anonymised after the project is complete.
