CoachingUAE is a prototype coaching marketplace platform that allows users to browse coach profiles, receive recommendation results, and communicate with coaches. The platform is provided for academic and demonstration purposes.
2. Coach Submissions
Coaches are responsible for ensuring that the information they submit, including biographies, pricing, profile images, and banner images, is accurate and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
3. User Responsibilities
Users must use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Users must not submit abusive, misleading, unlawful, or harmful content through search, messaging, or profile interactions.
4. Messaging and Communication
Messages exchanged through the platform are stored for prototype and demonstration purposes. Users and coaches should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive personal information through the messaging system.
5. Recommendation Results
Recommendation results are generated using an automated matching approach based on coach profile information. Results are intended to support discovery and do not guarantee coaching outcomes.
6. Limitation of Liability
CoachingUAE is a prototype system. While reasonable care is taken in development, no guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted availability, suitability for any specific purpose, or the completeness of platform content.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform develops. Continued use of the platform after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
